The DPT is a system consisting of a measuring instrument and an application run in a mobile device, they can be used only together. With the use of Bluetooth data communication system the measuring instruments forwards the measuring data to the application, which displays, records and evaluate the data.
The DPT is a diagnostic tool based on experiences gathered for decades in dairies, which measures the pressure in the pulsating system and in the vacuum system. Besides the generation of profit, the purpose of dairy farms is to achieve a proper milk production, which could be accomplished only with properly operating milking machines. As indicated by our experiences, many farmers do not know the operating parameters of their own milking equipment. This is why they are not able to check the equipment, although the profitability depends largely on the proper functioning of the equipment.
The primary objective of the developers of this equipment was to create a tool, by means of which it would be possible to reveal the operating deficiencies of the milking machines, and in this way to eliminate the risk of teat inflammations and other teat problems caused by the milking machines. By using our device the range of tools of the dairy farmers is extended, with the help of which they would be able to improve their farms and extend the capability of profit generation.
